 As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we are looking for a Director of Sales in the United States to drive our revenue growth by identifying and selling AY solutions to potential publishers. If you are up for a challenging role, and possess a passion for customer success, or have experience in this field and the AdTech industry, then this role is perfect for you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients, SSPs, and Publishers at all levels; C-level decision makers, as well as programmatic and operations teams
  • Understanding clients’ business needs and providing consultative solutions 
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition to clients in order to develop client-specific value propositions, positioning Assertive Yield as a strategic/preferred partner 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in our CRM system (Hubspot)

Requirements

  • Have a proven track record of winning new clients 
  • Experience selling solutions in advertising technology, AI, and Data solutions 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients 
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely 
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems; Hubspot 

Required experience:

  • Minimum 7+ year experience in the AdTech SaaS sales
  • Have an acumen and tact for handling C-Suite decision makers  
  • Great communication skills 
  • Experience handling programmatic customers
  • Experience in handling customer queries tactfully and diplomatically to ensure that they stay satisfied
