What you’ll do

As we continue to rapidly expand, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager to help our customers achieve the best possible outcome using our products and platform. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your technical, consulting, and leadership skills. As a Technical Account Manager, you will draw on your consultative-problem solving skills and technical acumen to help customers successfully integrate with Assertive Yield, and ensure that clients’ integration and ongoing goals are met. Your technical expertise will be crucial in solving our customers’ diverse challenges, be it revenue optimization, processes, or technical.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough review of the prelaunch planning and guide the customer throughout the onboarding process
  • Cultivate trustful relationships with customers by comprehending business needs and ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Utilize technical skills to investigate complex support cases and technical challenges
  • Understand and troubleshoot operational parameters across multiple technical domains for customer issues and escalations
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly account reviews 
  • Conduct training sessions on existing and future YA products to enhance customer capabilities, widen their usage, and understand its capabilities.  
  • Advocate for customers within the organization to address adoption roadblocks and drive feature developments
  • Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application configuration & customizing testing, and deployment
  • Provide customers with strategic advice on using Assertive Yield technology to achieve their KPIs
  • Participate in the design, planning, and execution of data migrations and integrations
  • Analysis of existing Assertive Yield implementations and development of suggestions for improvement
  • On page QA; identifying implementation issues on the page, debugging and communicating issues with the tech team and the clients.
  • Collaborating with the internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and support to ensure that customer needs are being met and that the products are continually improved and meet market demands.
  • Systems and tools to be familiar with: 
    • Languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS  (mandatory)
    • Tech: Prebid and APS Tag  (mandatory)
    • Google Tag Manager knowledge
    • Google Ad Manager 
    • Troubleshooting with publisher console  (mandatory)
    • API queries and reporting  (preferred)

Minimum requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Technical Customer Success Manager, possibly in a B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience in handling wrapper setups and integrations within set deadlines 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and time management skills 
  • Understanding of URL anatomy (parameters, values, and parametrization rules) is a plus, paired with Basic Regular Expressions knowledge 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Prebid, and APS data flow is advantageous
